to the new website of the Natuurhistorisch Museum Maastricht,
which ranks amongst the larger natural history museums in the Netherlands. The Natuurhistorisch Museum Maastricht houses extensive collections which document the geology, palaeontology, flora and fauna of southern Limburg and environs. Contemporary exhibits illustrate how the present landscape came into being. In 1995, ours was one of the first Dutch museums to come up with a presentation on the web.
