One of the halls is set aside for temporary exhibits. Next to the regular exhibits (on Geology, Nature and Environment) regular presentations of works of art are organised for which regional artists are invited.

An exhibit for toddlers and infants (2 - 7 years of age)

In the months of April, May and June the museum is particularly appealing to the smallest amongst us. The temporary exhibit "The enchanted forest" entirely meets the wishes and capabilities of 2 to 7-year olds.
