News Site of the day Our website earns prestigious title from Macromedia. On january 23 2002 this renewed museum website became "Macromedia website of the day". Macromedia leads the market of web-software (e.g. Flash). This title is considered quite prestigious amongst web-developers. The Macromedia-website is one of the most visited on the internet. Quote from the message we received from Macromedia: "Macromedia recognizes Web sites based on their strong visual designs, superior functionalities, and innovative uses of Macromedia products. We want to give credit to the creative and engineering talent behind the scenes." Our website was developed (and sponsored) by Bureau Interactieve Communicatie from Bemelen. This bureau signs for the complete development and design. They also developed our old site as well as the sub-site "Dinosaurs, ammonites and asteroids" that won the Limburg Wide Web Award in 1999.
