How to get to the museum?

By foot:
It is so much easier and nicer to walk: starting in front of the railway station, continue straight on through the Stationsstraat. Cross the bridge (Servaasbrug).
Continue right to the entrance of the Bijenkorf department store; turn left there. Straight on, cross the square (Onze Lieve Vrouwenplein) with the basilica on your left.
From there please follow the pedestrian signs (black with gold lettering)

All in all, this trip takes about 15 minutes, provided that you are not distracted by the many sights along the route.
